Lifting is the most effective form of exercise. It is the most tried and true method to get you to your goals and attain long lasting results. Lifting makes you stronger, builds muscle, and helps you burn fat and lose weight. It empowers you, not only in the gym, but also in other aspects of your life.

One common complaint about lifting is that it’s dangerous — especially in group class formats, unsupervised lifting can lead to poor form, ineffective results and injury. At Lift House Fitness, we provide two solutions that help eliminate those worries. We practice a method called “lifting with purpose.” It is where the weight of the resistance you are lifting does not matter as much as the purpose and concentration of the muscles performing the lift. Secondly, in addition to our main lifting instructor, there is always a secondary form coach to assist our members during our large classes.
