The Lift House Experience
Our workouts are inspired by a collaboration of instructors and coaches, combining decades of experience in the fitness industry. Grounded in Exercise Science, we have created fully comprehensive group training program for our members. When you enter a gym on your own without a plan, even the most season fitness enthusiast can feel overwhelmed by the amount of equipment and large crowds. That feeling may not only lead to wasted time, but can also make any workout you perform less effective.

Our 1-on-1 personal training sessions provide a world class workout that makes your fitness goals manageable, successful and above all, fun! Through the Lift House Foundational Analysis, our coaches will have all of your health information at their fingertips. This grants them the opportunity to personalize a training plan that fits your fitness level and keeps you motivated as you continue your fitness journey. We are experts in our field and do everything in our power to include the latest fitness & dietary trends into our coaching.

Power House
Get ready to take Small Group Personal Training to the next level with Power House.
Power House is a 50-minute workout specifically designed to focus on Strength, Mobility, and Stability, with personal attention to proper form for every member in class. Each Power House class you attend is carefully crafted to make you both mentally and physically STRONGER!

FIVE to Thrive
Five to Thrive is a 55-minute strength and conditioning workout perfectly designed to keep your body finely tuned and looking great. This circuit-style workout will take you through 5 unique modalities of training and will task your musculoskeletal and cardiovascular systems.
Whether you are an elite athlete in training, a seasoned gym-goer, or someone new to the fitness scene, Five to Thrive will challenge you to rise to your next fitness level.
House of Barbell
Expand your knowledge of this traditional piece of gym equipment! This 55-minute Functional Strength class provides a new perspective on the versatility of the barbell. More than just back squats and deadlifts, our instructors teach this class in a manner that will leave you feeling sweaty, strong and more confident with the bar.

Knowing your way around the gym builds confidence. What better way to Lift yourself up than learning to utilize one of the most versatile pieces of strength equipment ever created.
